Healthy Passion Fruit Popsicles

Learn how to make refreshing and healthy passion fruit popsicles at home. Natural, easy, and perfect for a guilt-free summer treat!
Ingredients:
1 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup coconut water or filtered water
2-3 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or another natural sweetener (adjust to taste)
Optional: a few fresh mint leaves for flavor
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the passion fruit pulp, coconut water, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Add mint leaves if desired.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
