Healthy Passion Fruit Popsicles

Learn how to make refreshing and healthy passion fruit popsicles at home. Natural, easy, and perfect for a guilt-free summer treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup coconut water or filtered water

  • 2-3 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or another natural sweetener (adjust to taste)

  • Optional: a few fresh mint leaves for flavor

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the passion fruit pulp, coconut water, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Add mint leaves if desired.

  3. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

  4. To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

  5. Enjoy your refreshing, healthy passion fruit popsicles!
