Homemade Tomate Soup

Discover how to make a creamy homemade tomato soup, perfect for cold days or a light meal. A simple, healthy, and flavorful recipe!


Ingredients:

6 ripe tomatoes, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons olive oil

500 ml vegetable broth (or water)

Salt, pepper, and sugar to taste

Fresh basil leaves

(Optional) vegetable cream to make it creamier


Preparation

Preparation:Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the vegetable broth, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.

Blend the soup in a blender until smooth. Return to the pan to heat.

Garnish with basil leaves and, if desired, add a little vegetable cream before serving.
